Aster 'Duchess Mixed' (HHA)

These magnificent asters are at their best from mid to late summer. The bushy plants produce wonderful incurved Chrysanthemum type blooms in pink, red, purple, white and cream. Great as a cut flower.(24ins)

Sowing Instructions

Sow in March or April on the surface of moist seed compost. Sprinkle more compost over the seeds and place in a propagator or seal inside a polythene bag. Once seeds have germinated, remove bag and, when seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into small pots. Gradually harden off and plant outside, 12ins apart, after the last frosts. Prefers a well drained soil and sunny position.
