Delphinium 'Pacific Giants Mixed' HP

These popular and reliable delphiniums will usually flower in their first season from an early sowing. The tall, elegant spikes are crammed with double and semi-double blooms in a rich array of colours including shades of blue, lavender, pink, purple and white. Early flowering. Attractive to pollinating insects. (4-5ft.)

Sowing Instructions

Sow in a good seed compost from early spring to mid summer for flowering the following year. Seal inside a polythene bag and cover to exclude light until first seedlings appear. Germination can be slow. Prick out into 3ins pots when seedlings are large enough to handle. Gradually harden off and plant out 18ins apart when well grown. Prefers full sun and a rich, well drained soil. CAUTION: Harmful if eaten.
