Hollyhock 'Chaters Double Mixed'

There’s nothing subtle about this one! Towering spikes are crammed with double paeony-type blooms in an impressive, flamboyant colour range which includes white, yellow, salmon, rose, scarlet and dark purple. Often flowers in first year from an early sowing.(8ft)

Sowing Instructions

Sow in a good seed compost from early spring to mid summer. Seal inside a polythene bag and place in the dark until first seedlings appear. Prick out into 3in pots when seedlings are large enough to handle. Gradually harden off and plant out 12ins apart when well grown. Prefers full sun and a rich, well drained soil with some shelter.
