Runner Bean 'White Lady'

Generally reckoned to be one of the best available runner beans, White Lady produces heavy crops of tasty, smooth, stringless pods with white seeds. The white flowers are not prone to bird damage and the variety sets well, even during periods of hot weather making it ideal for late sowings.

Sowing Instructions

For early crops, sow indoors in individual pots in April and harden off before planting out 9-12ins apart after last frosts. Sow outdoors in May or June 0.5ins deep. Provide canes, strings or poles for support and keep well watered.
