Pea (Sugarsnap) Sugar Ann

An early and very productive variety, Sugar Ann produces round, pale green, sweet and succulent pods on compact, bushy plants which should not need staking. Delicious raw, steamed or in stir fries. Recommended for freezing.

Sowing Instructions

Sow from March onwards in a flat bottomed trench 6ins wide and 2ins deep. Either scatter seeds or sow in a zig-zag row, ensuring 2ins between seeds. Fill trench with soil and firm gently. Protect young plants from birds and keep well watered.
