This was possibly the most promoted variety in history. I found it difficult to assess objectively - information often conflicted. Vivaldi is bred from Mona Lisa and is very attractive. Dry matter is medium - several varieties have less starch. Disease resistance is not spectacular. Flavour must be excellent - lots of magazine articles and a motorbike racing team can't be wrong. Available 'four seasons' because it stores well.
