This is an SCRI Pink Fir Apple x Charlotte cross - "retro" breeding in the Anya mould looking for flavour. It topped taste trials and yield is good. Unfortunately the maintaining company folded and it has taken time for the variety to be rescued and for stocks to build up but it is back! Hint of pink skin, pale yellow flesh and some scab and blackleg resistance is about the limit of information available.
