Our Italian Selection is a special blend of quality 'baby leaf' lettuce varieties chosen to bring maximum taste, colour and texture to summer salads. It includes 'Lobjoits' (green cos), 'Rusty' (bronze coloured cos), 'Salad Bowl' (red and green continental type), 'Lollo Rossa' (green with deep,frilled red edges), Lollo Biondo (light green frilled) and 'Catalogna' (long, light green, lobed leaves). Ideal for patio containers.
Sowing Instructions
Sow from March to September outdoors and from October to February under glass. Thin to 4ins apart if necessary. Harvest by picking a few leaves from each plant.
