Parsley 'Champion Moss Curled'

A selected strain with rich green, tightly curled leaves,'Champion Moss Curled' is ideal for soups, sauces and garnishes. It can be grown as a windowsill pot plant for a year round supply of fresh parsley.

Sowing Instructions

Parsley needs some heat to germinate so, if you don't have a propagator, sow a few seeds in moist compost in a 3ins pot, seal inside a polythene bag and place on the warmest windowsill in the house. Once the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into individual pots and grow on in cooler conditions. Gradually harden off and plant outside after the last frosts. They will grow in sun or partial shade but prefer a rich, moist soil. Harvest regularly to encourage new growth. Can also be grown in pots indoors for a handy, winter supply of leaves.
