Nigella 'Persian Jewels Mixed'

This easy to grow annual is always popular for filling gaps in beds and borders. The feathery green foliage provides an ideal foil for the mauve, purple, rose and blue jewel-like flowers. The large seed pods can be dried  for use in winter flower arrangements.(15ins)

Sowing Instructions

Sow outdoors in spring where the plants are to flower. Sow 3mm deep in rows 30cm apart in well prepared ground. Thin out to a spacing of 20cm when the seedlings are large enough. They prefer an open sunny site but will grow almost anywhere.
