Poppy laciniatum 'Double Swansdown' (H.A.)

Very showy yet easy to grow, these annual poppies are sure to impress. The spectacular, fully double flowers have, sparkling white, deeply fringed, feathery petals and can measure up to 5ins across. They will grow in most positions and soils and produce an abundance of blooms into early autumn. The attractve seed pods are easily dried for use in winter floral arrangements. HARMFUL IF EATEN. Sowing Instructions

Sow in September or October in 3ins pots in a cool greenhouse and overwinter in cool well lit conditions. Plant out 12ins apart after last frosts. Can also be sown in flowering position in spring and thinned as necessary. High temperatures can hinder germination.
