Aura is a pretty, pale yellow, second early French salad potato from around 1950. It was a huge favourite of members of the Heritage Seed Library (HDRA) and when they became unable to keep potatoes due to increasing blight pressure I arranged for it to be available as first a microplant and now a minituber. It is renowned for flavour and firm cooking characteristics.
