Lady R is one of the main varieties to replace Record in the crisping industry. It is seldom offered to the gardener but as with Record a number will enjoy its heavy duty, flouriness. It is red skinned with pale yellow flesh. It fries and roasts exceptionally well. It has very good all round disease resistance including eelworm resistance.
