New specialst crisping variety - but so was Rooster several years ago! I like to trial these as most turn out to be very much to the taste of those who like floury, heavy duty, high food value potatoes. The variety is vigorous with round non-coloured tubers. Frying, baking and roasting characteristics are very good. Information is very limited at the moment - I don't even have a picture.
