Spinach 'Medania'

This long standing variety is reliable and easy to grow, producing an abundance of broad, dark green leaves over a long season. Pick the leaves young for salad use or lightly steam when mature. Ideal for freezing.

Sowing Instructions

Sow thinly at three weekly intervals from spring to mid summer. Sow 1in. deep in drills 12ins. apart. Thin out to a spacing of 9ins. and keep well watered. Harvest leaves from several plants by snapping off close to the ground.
