Polycress

Polycress is a new addition to our salad leaf varieties. Best grown outdoors, it is quick to mature and produces upright, fairly large, dissected leaves with a slightly pungent, peppery flavour. Sow in succession for an uninterrupted supply. Slow to bolt if kept well watered.

Sowing Instructions
Sow at three weekly intervals outdoors from March to September. Thin to 2ins apart if necessary. Harvest by picking a few leaves from each plant.
