Runner Bean 'Moonlight'

'Moonlight' is a new type of runner bean. It has excellent self pollinating characteristics which ensure a good set and bumper crops despite poor weather or a lack of bees. The plants produce masses of pretty white flowers and exceptionally high yields of smooth, stringless, 30cm. pods with superb flavour.

Sowing Instructions

For early crops, sow indoors in individual pots in April and harden off before planting out 9-12ins apart after last frosts. Sow outdoors in May or June 0.5ins deep. Provide canes, strings or poles for support and keep well watered.
