Brussels Sprout 'Bedford Darkmar'

An open pollinated, mid to late season variety, Darkmar gives heavy crops of medium sized, dark green sprouts with a fine flavour. Harvest from December so ideal for Christmas.

Sowing Instructions

Sow very thinly one cm deep in a well prepared seed bed during early spring. Transplant to cropping position when seedlings are about 6 inches high, spacing 20x20 inches apart.
