Sunflower 'Music Box'

This delightful mix of dwarf sunflowers is ideal for mass planting, mid borders and large containers. The 2ft high plants produce 4-5 ins dark- centred blooms in shades of cream, yellow, mahogany and red with many bicolours. Long lasting cut flowers.

Sowing Instructions

Sow outdoors in spring in well cultivated soil. Sow 1/2in deep and 12 ins apart. For earlier flowering, sow indoors in individual pots. When well grown, gradually harden off and plant out after the last frosts. They prefer a sunny, open site but will grow almost anywhere. To prolong the flowering period, make two sowings 14 days apart. Leave some flowerheads to feed the birds in autumn and early winter.
