These bushy, branching plants produce heavy crops of succulent, golden fruits with a hint of pineapple. The fruits are encased in papery 'Chinese lantern' husks. Golden Berries are best grown under glass but will also do well outdoors in a sunny, sheltered position. Ready to pick in late summer and autumn.
Sowing Instructions
Sow indoors in spring in trays of good seed compost and place container in propagator or seal inside a polythene bag until germination.Transplant into 3 inch pots when large enough to handle. When around 8ins high, transplant into 12ins pots or growbags. Once first flowers have opened, feed regularly with tomato food.
