Calendula 'Touch of Red' (H.A.)

This eye catching mix gets its name and its distinctive appearance from the touch of red on both the tips and undersides of every petal of the orange, yellow and buff flowers. Very striking in the garden and as a cut flower. Flowers are edible.

Sowing Instructions

Sow outdoors from March to May, depending on weather conditions. Cover the seeds to a depth of 12mm. Thin out the young plants to 30cm apart when they are large enough to handle. Prefers a well drained site and full sun but will grow almost anywhere. For earlier flowers, Calendula can be sown indoors and treated as a half hardy annual.
