This versatile little perennial can be effectively used in containers, on rockeries, as ground cover and as border edging. They produce low mounds of dark green foliage which quickly become slothered with dainty, fringed, fragrant flowers in white, pink, crimson, rose, salmon and pink. Very free, first year flowering. Edible flowers. (6ins)
Sowing Instructions
Sow indoors from late winter to early
summer, just covering the seeds with compost. Seal inside a polythene
bag until germination. Transplant into 3ins pots when large enough to
handle and grow on. Harden off before planting out (12ins apart) after
last frosts.
