I found this as a somatic variation in a crop of organic Kestrel I was growing at Berryhill Farm in Fife a few years ago. I placed it in the National Collection in Edinburgh for posterity and a grower has now decided to grow a little as an experiment. I feel duty bound to support the effort! It has all the normal characteristics of Kestrel, even the foliage has no extra pigmentation but the skin is almost completely blue/ purple. It sometimes reverts back to something like Kestrel after a few generations of garden growing. Only available in the supplier's pack.
