This F1 maincrop variety produces good sized, round to oval, dark red roots of exhibition quality. It is quick to germinate and does well in most soils and weather conditions.

Sowing Instructions

Sow very thinly, 0.5 ins deep, from April to early July, allowing 10ins between drills. Thin seedlings as necessary. The young leaves and stems can be used as an alternative to spinach.
