1. How can you sell your seeds so cheaply?
   We keep costs to a minimum by carefully selecting and sourcing our varieties and by only using packaging which is essential to protect your order. Our vegeteble, herb and flower seeds are dispatched in plain, clearly labelled foils with no outer pictorial packet. Full descriptions and growing instructions are always available on the website. Also, although we have a list of our varieties which can be sent to customers on request,  we don't produce an expensive, glossy catalogue.
2. Are your seeds from a trusted source?
   We only buy seeds from well established and respected UK seed merchants and they are tested for germination and vigour to the same standard as those sold by the largest seed companies. Where appropriate, they comply with all EU rules and regulations.
3. I don't live in the United Kingdom - can I still buy your seeds?
   We supply to all countries in the European Union but would ask customers to contact us to establish postal charges before placing an order. Countries outwith the EU have widely differing phytosanitary arrangements and customers should check that no legislation exists to prevent the importation of seeds before contacting us.
4. How can I track my order?
   After completing a purchase, you are able to track the process of your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top of this page.  You can then view the details of your current and previous orders.
