Postage

All seed orders will be packed in air bubble protected envelopes and sent by standard Royal Mail Second Class mail as soon as we can manage - usually that day or within 2 days at worst. We usually post them at the local Post Office and obtain proof of postage. The delivery charge for all orders of seed foils and publications is 99p. Very rarely ordinary mail goes missing and if you have not received your order within 7 days please email us to let us know.

Seed potatoes are sent by courier service to mainland UK from Dec on. This service excludes Northern Ireland and all off-shore Islands.

Orders up to 10kg are wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic and sent on a next day service. Orders over 10kg and under 24kg are packed in a recycled cardboard box and sent by economy 2-3 day service. Most mainland Scottish Highland orders are sent on 2-3 day service.

Potato orders are charged at £7.00 for each order up to 24kg and will be sent using FedEx. However, potatoes sent to Northern Ireland and Islands will be sent using Royal Mail's parcel service and will cost slightly more. The exact cost will be advised during the checkout process.
